Our fresh truffles

The black truffle from Perigord (Tuber melanosporum) is a real gustatory nugget that delights gourmets all around the world. We have been selecting it since 1820 for the chefs who trust us. Over the years, it has become a real house speciality.

We also offer a selection of "white" truffles according to the seasons: the Tuber magnatum, the summer truffle or the Burgundy truffle.
