Canned black truffle breakings are an ideal preparation to rediscover the taste of Tuber melanosporum. Very finely ground, it is mainly used to enhance sauces, juices or any other preparation that does not require the "chew" of the truffle.

The preparation of our canned truffle breakings

Nothing is lost during the preparation of our truffles. During sorting, selection and cleaning, we collect all the splinters that break off from our first-class black truffles to transform them into breakings.

We add second-class truffles and we finely grind them very finely to recover a precious mixture: the 100% Tuber melanosporum breakings. To this, we add our tasty black truffle juice. The juice, can also be incorporated into your recipes for an ever more intense experience.
