Black truffle tagliatelle

Black truffle tagliatelle are made from rigorously selected ingredients.

Tuber melanosporum juice present in our tagliatelle, comes from the first boil of our black truffles. It is 100% Tuber melanosporum. Its strong taste comes from the fact that it is not diluted with water while preparing it. It is completed with our handmade truffle breakings.

Handcrafted black truffle tagliatelle

Maison Henras Black truffle tagliatelle are made in France by one of our partner craftsmen, selected by us for their know-how and expertise. He uses the ancestral recipe of tagliatelle: a perfect blend of durum wheat semolina with truffle breakings and Maison Henras black truffle juice.

Those ingredients are mixed in a kneading machine to give a homogenous and smooth dough. The dough is then rolled in a rolling mill to produce fine and regular tagliatelle. They are then rolled up in a small nest and dried at low temperature before being packaged.
