This small Belle Epoque pâté with black Périgord truffle 6% - NO ADDED FLAVOUR, is an exceptional product. It is made by hand with carefully selected ingredients: black Périgord truffle (Tuber melanosporum), whole duck foie gras from the South West, French meats... It is a pure delight!

The flavours of the Belle Epoque pâté with black Périgord truffle 6% - NO ADDED FOOD

Its recipe is a perfectly balanced blend of meats and whole foie gras from the South West, which reveals the delicate taste of the black Périgord truffle.

When cut, you can see a beautiful envelope of meat surrounding a delicious heart of black truffle foie gras.

An original manufacturing process 

The Périgord black truffle is a fragile product, very sensitive to heat treatment. It does not easily withstand sterilisation and without the implementation of a real specialist know-how, its taste can be altered. Many manufacturers of "truffle" products have found an easy solution: they swap the black truffle for the summer truffle (less expensive) and integrate powerful, often caricatured, flavours.

Maison Henras has decided to offer a new generation of "truffle" products that reflect the true taste of the Tuber melanosporum, with no artificial ingredients or added flavourings.

To make this little Belle Epoque pâté, Maison Henras has integrated 6% of crushed pieces of black truffles from the Périgord Henras, from the peak season harvests, and has chosen to infuse the preparation with 3% of Tuber melanosporum juice. You will find the authentic taste of the undergrowth of the Tuber melanosporum, subtle, light and intended to sublimate the flavour of this small pâté.

How to eat the Belle Epoque pâté with black Périgord truffles?

Turn the pâté out of the jar onto a plate, then cut it into 6 pieces to reveal its heart of foie gras with truffle. Then, simply place a piece on a slice of bread. Enjoy!

Entire duck foie gras 24 %, throat, duck meat 9 %, guinea fowl meat 9 %, Henras Perigord black truffle (Tuber melanosporum) 6 % - From France / Spain, pork shoulder and belly, poultry liver, eggs, Paris mushrooms, Henras black truffle juice (Tuber melanosporum) 3 %, white wine, cream, salt, shallot, leek, pepper, sugar, thyme.
