This delicious French cheese cream with black truffle 5% - NO ADDED FLAVOUR, is made of Comté, Reblochon and Tuber melanosporum selected by the House of Truffes Henras. It is a surprising and perfectly balanced combination. Each ingredient has its place of choice in this truffle preparation.

The taste of French cheese cream with black truffle 5% - NO ADDED FLAVOUR

Truffes Henras has chosen to work with essential French cheeses: Comté and Reblochon, cheeses typical of the French terroir. Their characteristic taste blends perfectly with the delicate flavours of the black Périgord truffle (Tuber melanosporum).

An original production process 

The Périgord black truffle is a fragile product, very sensitive to heat treatment. It does not easily withstand sterilisation and without the use of specialist know-how, its taste may be altered. Many manufacturers of "truffle" products have found an easy solution: they swap the black truffle for the (cheaper) summer truffle and incorporate powerful, often caricatured, flavours.

Maison Henras has decided to offer a new generation of "truffle" products that reflect the true taste of cooked Tuber melanosporum, without any artificial ingredients or added flavours.

To make this cheese cream with black Périgord truffles, Maison Henras has integrated 5% of crushed black Périgord truffle pieces from the peak season harvests and has chosen to infuse the preparation with 3% of Tuber melanosporum juice. You will find the authentic taste of the undergrowth of the Tuber melanosporum, subtle, light and intended to sublimate the flavour of this cream.

How to consume the cream with French cheeses and Périgord black truffle?

Hot or cold, let your inspiration guide you! In the hot version, pour it directly onto your dishes such as fresh tagliatelle, risotto or fried potatoes. A guaranteed delight!  Rather cold? Ideal as an aperitif, spread on a slice of toast or simply used as a "dip" with breadsticks.
