The extra virgin olive oil with black truffle is made by us in our workshops in the Lot, from an artisanal virgin oil and our truffles. Our oil, both fruity and rich in woody aromas, is an exceptional condiment whose ingredients are chosen with the greatest care.

Extra virgin olive oil

Maison Truffes Henras elaborates this olive oil and truffles with care. It is therefore, with the same requirement as the one used in the selection and preparation of our truffles, that we chose an extra virgin olive oil that meets criteria of excellence: the oil is made from olives harvested, cleaned and stripped in the last 24 hours to guarantee their freshness, then the olives are mechanically cold-pressed only once to guarantee their quality, without using chemical supplements. This guarantees the high quality of theextra virgin olive oil.
